From Criticism to Commendation

Culverton House is a Grade 2 listed building. The building was abandoned and vandalized for decades. As such many property developers had no appetite to take on the project. Nwodo Ventures stepped in, took on the project, today the rest is history.

Through careful planning, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality living spaces, we were able to transform challenges into opportunities. The building was converted into five luxury apartments withy or combination of modern and traditional living spaces whilst maintaining it original character as a listed Building.

What was once a challenging site has been transformed into a combination of modern / traditional, attractive, and desirable space that reflects our commitment to excellence in property development.

The most impressive features of Culverton House are undoubtedly its exceptional end product, refined appearance, and the remarkable transformation achieved throughout the development process.
